I run The AI Automation Company from Northern Ireland. I also own and run a multi-brand trade business that runs on AI agents every day, and that business is where everything I sell was tested first.

Not a consultant with slides
There's no shortage of people offering to explain AI to business owners. Most of them have never had to answer a customer's email at ten at night, chase a supplier for a price, or find a receipt the accountant is asking for. I have, because I run a business that does all of those things every day.
Before I offered this to anyone else, I built it for myself. The message on the front of this site is simple and it's true: I run my own companies on AI agents, and I'll set them up in yours.
What my own agents do
In my trade business, agents handle the day-to-day work that used to fall on people:
- reading and sorting incoming enquiries across several inboxes
- asking customers qualifying questions
- requesting supplier quotes
- building customer quotes
- making outbound phone calls to book appointments
- managing the job board
- posting to social media
- sending invoices to customers
- filing receipts

Where I work
I'm based in Northern Ireland and work with businesses across the UK and Ireland. I trade on both sides of the border myself, and I quote in euro or sterling. In Northern Ireland I can come and see your business in person. Elsewhere, most of the work happens by phone and video. More on Northern Ireland and Ireland.
How I work
It starts with a free call to find where your time is being lost. If an agent can help, I build and test it around how you already work, using your inboxes, prices and diary. Then I keep it running and improve it as your business changes. You get plain English throughout, and an honest answer if something isn't worth automating.
What I won't do
- Sell you something your business doesn't need. If a job isn't worth automating, you'll hear that from me first.
- Hide the price. You get it in writing before any work starts.
- Leave you with something you have to look after yourself. Keeping the agents running is part of the job.
- Use jargon when plain English will do.
What I need from you
Not much to begin with: half an idea of what eats your week, and a willingness to explain how the work is done today. You don't need to be technical. That part is my job.
