Privacy policy
Your details, kept simple.

Who we are
The AI Automation Company is based in Northern Ireland. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us about privacy at sales@aiautomationcompany.co.uk.
What we collect
This site has one form: the contact form. When you use it, we receive:
- your name and, if you give it, your company name
- your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- what you write in the message box
To stop spam, the form also checks how long the page was open before sending. We briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, for up to one hour, so the same visitor can't send hundreds of messages. It can't be turned back into your address, and we don't use it for anything else.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and hold the free call you asked for. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and we're replying. If we go on to work together, we'll use your details to provide that service.
We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't use them to train AI systems.
Where it goes
Your message is sent by email from our web host to our business inbox. Our web hosting and email providers store it on our behalf. We don't pass it to anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep business records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email sales@aiautomationcompany.co.uk. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
